I give permission for my child to attend the VLCA field trip to the New Orleasn African American Museum of Art, History, & Culture on Thursday, February 12.*
I understand that the $25 fee includes transportation and entry. My child will bring money for lunch and wear the school uniform.*
I expressly consent to the above and expressly hold harmless, free of any and all liability whatsoever Victorious Life Christian Academy any of its affiliates and/or representatives.*
